Braille patterns are dot combinations, and the most useful character in the whole block is the one with no dots at all: the braille blank (⠀, U+2800). It is invisible but counts as a real character.
That matters because Instagram strips empty lines from a bio. Put a braille blank on a line and the line survives, which is the standard fix for keeping paragraph spacing and indentation in a profile. The patterned characters themselves also work as an unusual textured decoration.
