Line & divider symbols
Dividers split a bio into sections. Horizontal rules (─━﹉), dotted lines (┄) and wavy runs (〜) can each be repeated across a line to create a visible break between blocks of text.
On a profile that carries several kinds of information — who you are, what you do, where to find you — a single divider line does more for readability than any amount of decoration. Keep the run short enough that it does not wrap on a phone: roughly ten to fifteen segments is the sweet spot.

How do I make a long divider line?
Copy a single segment such as ─ or ━ and repeat it. Ten to fifteen copies fills a phone-width line without wrapping; if it wraps to a second line the effect breaks, so trim it back until it fits.
My divider does not line up with the text.
─ (box drawing) and — (em dash) sit at different heights. Use ─ when you want a rule centred in the line, and the em dash when you want punctuation inside a sentence.
